PIK Group was founded in 1994. Since that time, it has become one of the leading Russian developers of large-scale public housing projects in Moscow, Moscow Region and other Russian regions. The Group deals mostly in prefabricated panel construction, and its priority is construction and sale of affordable housing. As of December 31, 2016, the Group’s land bank was 12.5 m sq. m. Since its inception, PIK Group has built about 16 m sq. m of residential real estate (more than 270,000 apartments). The company is on the list of strategic enterprises of the Russian economy.

In 2022 Sminex acquired INTECO. This made it possible to combine many years of experience in building houses and proven technologies. INTECO began to engage in development in 2001. Sminex was created in 2007. During this time, the companies implemented more than 100 projects with an area of 8.5 million square meters. Now Sminex is applying its approach to creating the most comfortable and prestigious environment in new projects in its portfolio. Now we are building and selling a total of 700 thousand square meters in Moscow - these are 11 projects, there are also projects in development. Sminex Premium Service manages 15 facilities with a total area of 520 thousand square meters.
