Each call is individually analyzed and scored on a 100 point system which allows you to see the progress of each employee. Calls are digitally recorded and available to aid us as we both work with each employee to develop their selling skills. A written report is good but hearing yourself and the selling techniques that were used in the recorded call is an unbelievable assist in training. You will receive an e-mail immediately after each shop has been completed and scored. You can then access each shopping report and print a copy as well as play a MP3 recording of the call. Each customer has their own user name and password on our website allowing instant access as well as confidentiality. Our staff is available for complimentary training via the telephone.
