Integrity Personnel Ltd was founded in 1999 to provide a service with a new approach for both candidates and companies. Pia Hartnell, Managing Director and founder of Integrity Personnel Ltd, believed that despite fierce competition there was a need for a recruitment agency that gave both Clients and Candidates a service based on their own individual needs. Staying small and focused has meant that clients receive that extra personal touch. It is also extremely important to us that all business is handled with the utmost integrity; hence the reason for naming the company Integrity Personnel.
