Integrity Insurance Underwriting and Management Services Inc. (“Integrity Managers” or “Integrity”) is a licensed insurance management company in Barbados with a primary focus on international (“offshore”) insurance companies that reinsure Latin American risk. Integrity began operations in 2015 when the Rainmaker Group of companies [https://www.rainmakergroup.com] determined that there was a critical need for an affiliate in Barbados. The Rainmaker Group is an international, privately-held group of companies & interests, engaged in four primary business segments: Alternative Risk-Finance, Wealth Preservation, Healthcare, & Technology. Integrity currently manages in excess of 20 entities, all of which reinsure the risks of major related-party companies in the Latin American region. These companies, a mixture of private and public, operate in a wide variety of industries, from financial to retail, shopping centres, cinemas and entertainment venues to luxury resorts, oils and lubricants to beverages and agriculture. The entities managed by Integrity reinsure traditional property & casualty and life risks as well as more esoteric risks endemic to the Latin American region or to the needs of the individual operating companies. Integrity also manages a few third-party reinsurance companies that have been created to fill a void in the markets within which they market their services.
