Our contractors license numbers are 815440 (C-20) and 57752 (C-21B) respectively. Integrated Mechanical Systems, Inc. has engineering and design, construction, sheet metal fabrication, service and preventative maintenance divisions in order to provide complete heating, ventilating, and air conditioning support for our clients. We have been extremely active in high-rise tenant improvement, commercial and industrial buildings, hospitals, public works, restaurants, shopping centers, theatres and major retail chain stores. Our company philosophy is to pursue select projects, which will showcase our company’s talents and develop long term relationships with the general contractor, developer and the owner/tenant, which are built upon quality, integrity and communication. We are signatory to the local Sheet Metal Workers and the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Worker’s Unions.
