Integrated Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants was founded in 1999 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, which is still our current location. The company was organized by John H. Dunlap, a former Penn Dot Contract Compliance Officer. John organized the company, among other reasons, to fill a very critical need; that of providing prime and general contractors the accessibility to a highly dependable, qualified to the highest degree, quality driven and capacity possessing, minority business enterprise which could be called upon by contractors and business owners to perform as subcontractors on their projects as the need arises, and to do so with full confidence that the job will be done well and in a very timely fashion. During our planning and organization phase, we fined tuned ourselves to provide just the proper mixture of construction related services, that is we diversified to give our clients the opportunity to "one stop-shop" with a sub contractor who could perform outstandingly in several construction trades. In the few short years of our existence we have earned the reputation that we sought... that of being a dependable contractor with excellent people who know how to get the job done! Our clients include organizations in the private and public sectors, as well as a long list of satisfied general construction firms. Chris Fields became the new owner and manager in September, 2007.
