Our History Integrated Care began as Integrated Rehab, with a vision to unify chiropractic care and physical therapy into a single, coordinated treatment model. The original facility was located at 49th and Center in Omaha, followed by the establishment of a second site near 144th and I-80. As community needs evolved, so did our focus. The original clinic transitioned to support the needs in South Omaha, marking a pivotal shift toward occupational health services. In alignment with this expanded scope—including injury management, compliance services, and employee health assessments—the organization rebranded as Integrated Care. Today, Integrated Care stands as a trusted partner to employers, delivering proactive, responsive, and compliant healthcare solutions that support the wellbeing of workforce populations across various industries.
