Integrated Care Evaluation Information

Our main objective is to create high-level research and support evidence-based decision making, so as to enable the parties involved to develop and improve integrated care, and to benefit from its full potential, thus guaranteeing continuous high quality healthcare geared to the individual patient’s needs. To this end, we conduct academic research and integrated care evaluations using our RMIC evaluation tool, and provide support tools in our Evaluation Lab. We provide the facts on care integration as well as a platform on which all stakeholders are able to discuss and strengthen the evaluation of care integration and care coordination. Together we can take evaluation, evidence-based decision-making and research to the next level.
