Patrick M. Hayes is the creator of Integrated Assurance® and the Integrated Assurance Maturity Model (IAMM), frameworks developed to help organizations connect cybersecurity, technology, operations, risk, and business priorities into a more unified approach to resilience and decision-making. Patrick works with business leaders, boards, and risk professionals to understand where operational dependencies, cyber risk, insurance, and organizational complexity can threaten the ability of the business to survive a serious disruption. His work is built around a simple idea: protecting the business is not the same as making sure the business can survive. With more than 30 years of executive and advisory experience, Patrick has spent much of his career working on problems that fall between traditional organizational silos. Today, that experience forms the basis of his work in Integrated Assurance®, Business Survivability, cyber insurance strategy, and operational resilience. Patrick is an author, speaker, and executive strategist whose work helps organizations understand what they depend on, where hidden fragility exists, and what needs to change before disruption exposes it.
