Integral Skills in Orange NSW has been developed by Matt Molloy to provide truly professional training outcomes. With a long history in the mining and construction industries and achieving numerous competencies in high risk work licences Matt is fully aware of the training outcomes required of highly skilled operators in today's professional industry climate. These training outcomes are centred on providing courses with a high degree of practical learning underpinned with up to date theory knowledge presented in an easy to understand manner. Due to Integral Skills long experience in industry, employers will be impressed with the value adding to their course costs by incorporating their company's work procedures and safety initiatives into the course delivery. Added to this is the option of conducting the company courses in their own work environment to add a higher degree of skills transfer from the classroom to the workplace. Construction projects and Mine sites both onshore and offshore have benefited from the development and management of training systems tailored specifically by Integral Skills for each individual project. These take into account prior learning, skill levels, education levels, learning styles, cultural requirements, geographical and resource restraints encountered in some remote mining and construction sites. The depth of knowledge and experience within Integral Skills is a major underpinning resource for the developing construction or mine site. Training and assessment of personnel new to a skill is supplemented by Integral Skill's verification of current competency service (VOC). This is carried out in the workplace when practical and safe to do so, this minimises the impact on production as well as provide actual work scenarios with the associated work activities continuing.
