Intangled Learning was founded in 2021 to address workforce development challenges in high-need sectors, starting with teaching and evolving to industry. We apply organizational learning strategies to protect at-risk knowledge by creating the conditions for apprenticeship communities to thrive within organizations. Technology enables apprentices to become storytellers of practice — building coherent narratives from real work, guided by mentors, indexed to competency. Our transdisciplinary approach delivers context-specific solutions that build internally sustainable, knowledge-producing systems.
