Intangled Learning helps organizations build learning and development into the daily work itself - not as a separate, costly training process. Apprentices work as practice researchers, capturing and reflecting on the decisions they make. Mentors work as peer reviewers, validating reflections and sharing patterns behind expert decision-making. Through partnerships with higher education and accrediting bodies, this work leads to real credentials that matter to the industries we serve. In K–12 education, educators earn a degree and state licensure. In industry, they earn a degree and/or technical certification.
