Intangled Learning Information

Intangled Learning builds expertise-development systems for organizations by embedding mentorship into daily work. Our Shared Practice Lab combines step-by-step advisory with a learning platform that treats an organization's actual practice as curriculum. Newcomers research real work decisions made by senior experts, mentors provide feedback, and leaders gain visibility into organizational learning. We serve sectors requiring expert judgment: high-skill manufacturing, K-12 teaching, and higher education. Rather than importing external curricula, we architect conditions for people to learn from experienced practitioners within their own organization. Through partnerships with higher education and accrediting bodies, this work leads to real credentials that matter to the industries we serve. In K–12 education, educators earn a degree and state licensure. In industry, they earn a degree and/or technical certification.
