Rede Cidadã was established in 2002 to help develop a real social network that integrates complementary actions, generate synergy among three sectors of the economy, and integrate volunteer work. The goal of the organization was always to create and generate employment and income solutions for people at the base of the pyramid, and since its founding, Rede Cidadã has supported more than 89,000 people into the labor market. The organization stands out by investing not only in technical training for those who participate in their courses. We understand that, as important as the benefits of the training, it is crucial also to support the dreams of these people and their emotional foundation. For us, life and work are of one value, and should go together to promote professional and personal development of human beings. The organization offers different paths that promote social inclusion, wich have a common goal: to promote the human and professional formation of different publics aiming at the integration between life and work. In 2015, after reaching the milestone of 50 thousand people inserted in the job market, Rede Cidadã identified the two main challenges reserved for the future: 1 - Increase the employee's time spent at work; 2 - Increase awareness of the integration between life and work as a single value. To achieve this goal, Rede Cidadã has incorporated softskills into its training track, developing behavioral skills. The organization began to work to develop competencies and skills that enable different audiences to increase their employability. Our trainings go beyond technical skill: we develop in our audiences a better emotional coefficient, higher productivity and quality relationship. This new learning trail contributed to reduce the turnover rate in companies and respond to one of the challenges of corporate HR, responding to the following sentence: “You hire for technical skills, but you quit for behavioral skills”.

Nós somos a Província Marista Brasil Centro-Sul (PMBCS), uma unidade administrativa do Instituto Marista, idealizado por Marcelino Champagnat, há mais de 200 anos, na França. Presente nos estados do Paraná, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, além do Distrito Federal e na cidade de Goiânia, a PMBCS foi formada em 2002, com a junção da Província de Santa Catarina e a Província de São Paulo. Somos voltados à animação dos Maristas de Champagnat na realização da obra educativa evangelizadora e à definição de conceitos, princípios e diretrizes alinhados ao Instituto Marista. Desta maneira frutifica-se uma visão clara e compartilhada da Missão Marista em todas as Frentes de Missão do Grupo Marista, atuante nas áreas de Educação Básica, Educação Superior e Saúde. Um dos temas prioritários de abordagem da organização é a defesa de direitos de crianças, adolescentes e jovens, sobretudo os mais vulneráveis. Como Família Global, seguimos em frente contribuindo para realizar o sonho de Marcelino Champagnat.

O Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial (ICE) é uma organização da sociedade civil, sem fins de lucro, que atua na articulação de líderes e no fomento de iniciativas transformadoras, capazes de gerar impacto social positivo na população de baixa renda. Em mais de uma década de atuação, transformamos nossas experiências em aprendizado e compartilhamos esse conhecimento com atores importantes, reafirmando nosso compromisso de contribuir para o avanço do campo social no Brasil.
