Institutional Stove Solutions (InStove) is a non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to feeding at risk populations, relieving human suffering and promoting sustainable development. Over 3 billion people around the world cook their food each day on inefficient three-stone fires and cookstoves, creating pollution that kills up to 4 million people per year. Our 60 liter/15 gallon and 100 liter/26 gallon stoves represent the latest advancement in Rocket Stove technology, consuming 75 to 90 percent less fuel than traditional three-stone fires and cookstoves. Our fuel-efficient stoves can be operated with biomass briquettes (more environmentally friendly than wood), are clean burning (no visible smoke when in operation) and safe (cool to the touch in operation). They are user friendly, portable, durable and cost-effective, with our 60-liter stove feeding up to 400 people and our 100-liter stove feeding up to 700 people per day, making them the perfect choice for refugee camps or other large groups of people.
