The Institute is considered the touchstone source for informed direction and advice on local government performance management as attested by a range of high-level appointments by other spheres of government mandated with interacting with municipalities. The objective of The Institute for Performance Management is to plan, develop, implement, monitor and review workable integrated performance management results through strategic vision, leveraged executive leadership and human and organisational capital.
