The Institute for Creative Mindfulness is an educational organization guided by the principles of phenomenology (the study of individual lived experience) and qualitative inquiry. Founded by Dr. Jamie Marich, we offer training in the areas of mental health, trauma, addiction, mindfulness, and clinician development. The person-centered values and trauma-informed characteristics of flexibility and safety are central to our mindful approach to education. In addition to EMDRIA-Approved training programs in EMDR Therapy and a Certificate Program in Expressive Arts Therapy, the Institute also offers certification programs in Dancing Mindfulness and the Yoga Unchained approach to trauma-informed yoga. We also guide individuals in pursing EMDRIA-Approved credentials as a Certified EMDR Therapist or Approved Consultant.
