Human Experience Defined When we say “improve the human experience” we sometimes get odd, skeptical looks from others. Truth be told, we get why. It is a lofty goal for a company to have, and it may seem to be somewhat non-specific. Well that is actually by design. You see, the human experience is the combination of what a person sees, feels, and thinks, how they act and react…it is really all-encompassing. What we do is view the human experience through the prism of a particular client, whether they sell a product or service that provides an experience, whether they have a need to improve the experience for their employees, or even often create a new experience of living in a city. We look at all those little interactions that people have with our subject and find ways to remove the undesirable ones and increase the positive ones.
