Instigate Venture Studio is one of Armenia’s earliest and well established deep-tech incubators, operating at the intersection of education, engineering, and venture creation. Our model is built on three integrated pillars: 1. Educational and Research Foundations - providing skills, knowledge, experience and vision to next generation. Ideas and teams graduate together from here, and move to business-incubation phase. 2. Business Incubator - providing executive services (HR, Accounting, Finances, IT/CM/security, office/supply, etc) to our start-ups, as well as foreign organizations who are willing to establish & grow their R&D subsidiaries in Armenia (Build-Operate-Transfer - turn-key subsidiary creation service). 3. Investment fund - providing angel/pre-seed investment to our start-ups. Funds are generated by several profitable organizations in our group, which provide custom solutions, design services to advanced high-tech companies world-wide. This also brings in understanding of bleeding edge technology needs and opportunities, insight into the future / trends, as well as experience and professionalism for teachers and curricula developers for our educational organizations.
