Instaseat is a technology company focused on customer management and acquisition for restaurant partners. Our waitlist management software is deployed at the restaurant's host stand to assist the host staff with quote times, communications and analytics. Our Priority Seating technology is unique in the industry and allows the restaurant's customers to move to the top of the list for a small fee. That fee is split between Instaseat and our restaurant partners. This means that there are no fees to use our software and when customers use the Priority Seating feature, the restaurant actually makes additional money when the restaurant is busy.
