InstaScript began as the collaboration of three like-minded reporters who wanted to provide accurate, professional transcripts with a quick turnaround to their clients, while also ensuring that all the often-overlooked elements of exhibit scanning and proper indexing, efficient and orderly read-and-sign protocols and genuine customer service were incorporated into the business model as well.
