The company has been providing solutions (small, medium and large data centers) for over 30 years, and has serviced worldwide corporations and SMEs (mid-lower TIERs) in the Latin and North American markets. Instaelectric's data center implementation service begins with the project conception stage. Once the tier level is confirmed, a risk analysis will follow in order to select the center’s best location and calculate its TCO. During the design stage, Instaelectric's accredited engineers (ATD, ATS) follow the Uptime Institute's Tier Topology and Operational Sustainability standards to carry out the basic and detailed design while guaranteeing business continuity and capacity. Furthermore, in order to conform to energy consumption and carbon footprint standards, the company's talents follow ASHRAE and The Green Grid's best practices (as well as local AHJ for data centers design and construction) and rely on the most efficient products of best-known worldwide manufacturers to design intelligent cooling systems and keep PUEs, CUEs and WUEs within design parameters. Site constructions are performed as either turnkey or fast-track projects following the design specifications. Commissioning and preparation for certification are other solutions provided, together with energy efficiency assessments, maturity model and tier gap analysis, performed for existing sites to benchmark their current performance. A Project Management Office (PMO) controls all projects carried out by Project Management Professionals (PMP)® using cutting-edge tools such as Primavera from Oracle.
