Inspera is a Chennai-headquartered social enterprise focused on developing the next generation of healthcare professionals through skilling, global learning and leadership development, who can transform the way healthcare is delivered in India. In support of the National Skill Development Mission, we provide opportunity to one and all to get education, exposure, internship and a job in the healthcare sector. We train and place youth, mainly girls from rural areas, in respectable careers and make a significant difference to their lives and their livelihoods. We nurture knowledge, skills and a culture of service excellence, also providing a window to interact with the world’s best in healthcare through our ‘Learning beyond Boundaries’ program. Our endeavour is to create a million smiles through transforming the destiny of families of those we train and the lives of patients they touch.
