In fact, our founders had the fortunate opportunity to be part of an amazing team that built a successful CRM software company which was sold to a (much) bigger enterprise. It was then that we came to realize what we really love is the small passionate organizations that are really close to their customers – ones that listen and understand the challenges users face with technology today. But, there's more to software development than that. Solutions must be high quality, well engineered, easy to use and deliver on their promised value. Unfortunately, the small tools business is littered with poor quality, unsupported, cheap solutions that promise more than they can deliver. InSitu Software is out to change that.
