Insignia Software Information

Founded in 1999, Insignia Software initially specialized in Integrated Library Solutions (ILS) for K-12 schools. Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include a Student Management System and ILS solutions for all library types— public, academic, and corporate. Today, Insignia serves over 5,000 Libraries and Schools. Our success is anchored in our commitment to three key principles: outstanding customer service, feature-rich solutions, and clear, transparent pricing. Our customers are the cornerstone of our business. Our foremost principle is to ensure that your needs are met, your experience with our solutions is exceptional, and every interaction with our team consistently exceeds your expectations. As we hold our customers in the highest regard, we guide our product development with your feedback, acknowledging your expertise in your field. This core principle has guided our in-house product development to deliver the feature-rich solutions libraries and schools seek. Our final core principle is to offer clear and straightforward pricing, eliminating the need to navigate fine print. To implement our core principles, we provide all features and modules within the Enterprise Version as a single, integrated program, rather than offering them as add-ons at an additional cost. We believe that exceptional customer service should always be accessible through email, live chat , and phone to effectively meet our customers' needs. Ultimately, our paramount purpose is to deliver the most feature-rich, user-friendly and cost-effective solutions available for libraries and schools.
