Insights & Ideas was born out of a work@home set-up by its Research Director, Myla Cortez, in July 2003. Initially thought as a means for a young mother to cope with the increasing demands of sustaining work-life balance, Myla started Insights with a computer and a short list of clients from the fast-moving consumer good industries. After two years, Insights moved out of its bedroom cocoon and established an office in Valero Tower, Makati City. We are focused. Insights has successfully penetrated a number of regular local and regional accounts from various industries. Majority of our regular accounts are local companies with strongholds in the market, allowing us to understand and get a firmer grip on the Filipino consumer. We have diverse skills. Aside from focus groups, Insights offers central location tests, ethnographies research, in-depth interviews, consumer diaries, accompanied shopping, mystery shopping for malls, observational research. Our Commitment Project planning and execution with integrity and excellence! We believe that we are in the business of adding value to people’s lives by influencing or shaping our Client’s marketing decisions. As such, we are bent on doing each project honestly as this is perhaps the best way to bring out rich and eye-opening consume insights.
