For many of us the lack of self-awareness often leads to making unhelpful and unhealthy choices in our lives which drag us even further from the path we were meant to travel. We embark in careers that are not our true calling or fall in love with people we think are perfect for us but instead of happiness and contentment we feel restlessness and ambivalence. As we get further from living life authentically our mental health suffers and the quality of our lives begins to decline. Founded by social entrepreneurs Anne Marie Toole and Dil Wickremasinghe in 2011, Insight Matters is rapidly becoming one of the largest private practices in Ireland.
