InsideOut Information

InsideOut was founded in 2022 with the goal of uplifting the voices of those directly affected by mental health into spaces where they are not normally heard but are critically needed. Our core focus is the intersection of marginalized populations, the systemic bias and disparities they face, and mental health. Since then, we have continued to leverage our team members' direct lived experience in these areas to develop and deliver educational programs in varied spaces, from universities to organizations such as the American Psychiatric Association to corporate industry leaders. It has also continually advocated for systemic change at the legislative level to transform those systems that create disparities into systems of change and empowerment.
