Inside Outside Facility Services are a fully integrated Facilities Managment company that offer a customised service offering to every individual complex that we are engaged by. IOFS service over 650 complexes across Australia currently and offer a wide range of services to maintain all types of asset classes that include: • Routine cleaning – Residential, Commercial & Industrial - A customised scope of works is developed after meeting with owners to address and meet their cleaning needs • Building Management / Caretaking Services – IOFS offer part time and full time building management / caretaking services as we understand some buildings do not have the budget to engage someone on site full time so we offer customised applied hours to accommodate budget requirements. • Waste management services - bins in / out, rotations & bin sanitisation. We also partner with waste removal suppliers to privately collect bins if required • Lawns and garden routine maintenance - A customised scope of works is developed after one of our estimators visit site to meet the needs of the complex for their common area gardens. We employ in house horticulturalist to assist with more complex gardens on larger sites • Ancillary Services – IOFS offer a range of ad hoc services as per the list below.
