Inside Job Information

Inside Job is an advisory for small indie agencies who want to grow and improve. I call it Inside Job because I believe the best agencies, just like the best brands, are built from the inside out. My focus is helping with agency leadership, agency operations, and account team leadership. The concept of Inside Job is to embed myself with a group of small indie agency teams for 1 week each month to get their fundamentals improved and dialed in, tackling challenges across the agency like positioning, product, process, partnerships, people and promotion. My hope is that I can put my 3+ decades of experience to work helping small indie agencies can get a little bit better, stronger and faster every time I’m there.
