Welcome to Inside Connections, a not-for-profit organisation committed to transforming lives. John Burton established the CIC in 2017, with his family and business partners. John spent many years in custody, but has now turned his life around, helping others to do the same. At Inside Connections we believe in second chances and work to bring together employers seeking talent, with individuals eager to contribute positively to society. We provide ongoing support and resources, helping to build brighter futures. Our focus is on supporting the hardest to reach, including those with convictions, care leavers, veterans, the unemployed and those at risk of offending. We invest in the individuals we work with, providing the tools to succeed. Inside Connections plays a pivotal role in changing the lives of individuals and families, creating safer more prosperous communities.
