InSemble is derived from combining Innovation and Ensemble with the basic notion of providing innovative solutions from an ensemble of our customer experiences. Our core philosophy is to understand our customer’s business and culture and provide innovative solutions that are practical and pragmatic to them. Our logo is inspired by BEA's logo and the expanding bubbles in our logo symbolize the bridge between our BEA experience in infrastructure and technology to our new growth opportunities in strategic business consulting. The bridge symbolizes our path in moving from delivering solutions based on vendor products to delivering solutions on best of breed technologies. Our core competency is being able to deliver both bottom up engineering and top down strategic business consulting. We find gaps in the customer's organization and plug those gaps, be it in strategic initiatives such as setting up an Enterprise Architecture practice, IT strategy, PMO etc to tactical initiatives such as code refactoring, redesign, capacity planning, performance tuning etc.
