Founded at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, InSanirator's vision is to build resilient, healthier and prosperous cities of the future. InSanirator transforms sanitation and energy infrastructure in cities. The rapid pace of urbanization is increasingly straining city infrastructures and natural resources worldwide. Especially burdening the sewage and septage management systems. Traditional treatment solutions are expensive and difficult to implement into established urban areas. Thus, unable to expand at a pace matched to tackle ever increasing growth in demand fueled by massive urbanization. At InSanirator, we are working with cities to build strong, adaptive fecal sludge and septage management systems tailored to each city’s specific needs. With our patent pending technology, we build the world's most compact fecal sludge and septage treatment systems. These modular systems harness back energy and clean water, while reducing public health risks.
