We are a relatively new company, which started trading in May 2001, through our four brands, Past Times, S F Cody, Ocean and Hawkshead. Our aim is for us to build a successful, well-respected company by developing clearly differentiated brands, from one another and from the market in general. We will do this by using all available retail channels, which provide better shopping experiences and services to our customers and superior returns to our shareholders. We have 1600 employees in the UK, with 150 working in our Head Offices in Oxfordshire and London and 250 in our warehouse and distribution centre in Cumbria. The majority of our employees are in our Retail Stores throughout the UK, Ireland and Jersey.
