Frederick, MD Christopher Crowley, president, is pleased to announce that The Crowley Company has completed its asset acquisition of Input Solutions, a Gaithersburg, Maryland-based document scanning , consulting and distribution firm. Input Solutions and The Crowley Company have worked together as subcontractors on a wide variety of projects for nearly 20 years, states Crowley. In addition to our close geographic proximity, this long-term relationship has given us an intimate knowledge of Input Solutions ownership, staff, capabilities and clientele. To add Input staff, equipment and business processes to the Crowley organization, particularly in the area of paper scanning , is a win-win situation for all involved. John Solomon, former Input Solutions owner, agrees. The long-term, positive relationship between The Crowley Company and Input Solutions, Inc. made the acquisition a natural for both companies. The additional expertise, systems and software acquired from Input will add to Crowleys already strong offerings and Crowleys manufacturing, distribution line and extensive menu of conversion services will offer Input Solutions clients an increased variety of products and services while maintaining the level of quality and customer care to which they are accustomed. While Crowley Imaging has traditionally specialized in processing and digital archiving, Input Solutions has focused on paper records. Input Solutions will close its Gaithersburg office and relocate staff and equipment to Crowleys Frederick office by the end of February.
