Product Design: At Inpress Plastics a key part of our capability is design for manufacture. Our in-house design team ready to make your product from scratch. We will design you a product that is realistic and ready for manufacture. Whether you have a new product idea and need a design; or want an existing product updated or refined, we can help. Our experienced design team combined with our manufacturing capability means Inpress Plastics can seamlessly manage the development of your product. Tooling: We produce tooling for both blow moulding and injection moulding. We can make your tool in-house at our factory on the south coast or alternatively have it produced with our partners in China. Tooling can be a costly part of product development, so efficient and effective tooling is crucial. We are happy to produce tools to our design or to your existing design – as part of a design to manufacture project or tooling alone. Production: Our factory, Inpress Plastics, specialises in plastic manufacturing – producing custom made products and components requiring technically refined manufacturing methods. Our production, design and engineering teams work together with you to develop innovative solutions to meet your business needs and reduce costs. Our capability includes the following materials: HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, PC, PET, PP, PA, glass-filled nylon and also specialist automotive and high temperature resistant materials.
