InnoVistics is a Junior Achievement company that aims to empower the communication skills of students and speakers alike through innovative and engaging solutions. We're a group of ten Hoover High School students who work diligently to bring our vision to light. Our company was founded in September 2021. We've faced the stresses of giving speeches in a high school environment. The anxiety that came with speaking had been unpleasant. The true problem we found had been a lack of ways to practice giving speeches in fun and engaging ways. After doing more research, our team found that 75% of individuals suffer from Glossophobia, a fear of public speaking. More research showed 98% of students felt a need for improvement in their speech. We had to act quickly.
