Innovative Minds provides evidence-based professional development training and research and consultancy services for government and non-government agencies working across the community service sector. Our team represents an inter-disciplinary collaboration of research/practitioners working across diverse disciplines, including: Social Work, Criminology, and Clinical and Forensic Psychology. We have extensive experience in the provision of quality professional development programmes, programme evaluation, organisational consultancy, academia, and private practice. Our experience and knowledge is diverse and relates to actual service delivery in an applied setting. It is our continuing work in direct service provision and knowledge of current practice and applied research that informs our work.
