InnovaTech Group is an enterprise technology company based in Cape Town, registered in South Africa in 2017 as INNOVATECH GROUP (PTY) LTD. We do three things. We integrate the systems an organisation already runs — ERP, CRM, finance, operations — into one event-driven architecture, and orchestrate the processes that cross them. This is the largest part of the business and where most engagements start. We build bespoke software where no off-the-shelf product fits: cloud-native applications, documented and handed over with everything needed to run them without us. And we operate an internal SaaS venture studio, which is where the patterns we recommend to clients are tested against our own operational risk rather than a slide. The problem we are usually hired to solve is not a technology shortage. It is a connection shortage. Finance runs one system, operations another, and the numbers disagree by the time they reach a board pack. Rebuilding everything is not the answer, and neither is another point-to-point script. Our Global Delivery Model puts architecture leadership and commercial ownership in the client's timezone, with hybrid engineering hubs carrying implementation. South African clients get POPIA-aware design and invoicing in Rands. International clients get the same engineering bench at a delivery cost onshore teams struggle to match. Every engagement begins with an architecture review rather than a proposal. We map the systems, the data moving between them and the manual work filling the gaps, then hand back a diagram, the integration points carrying the most cost, and a sequenced plan. That output is yours whether or not you continue with us.
