The InnovarIP Consulting Group was founded to provide specialized patent services to companies around the world, in order for companies to strategically develop, manage and leverage their patent portfolios at competitive costs. Our mission is to help companies identify, create, capture and capitalize on their intellectual capital in a cost-effective manner. We provide services to companies in the telecommunications, software, networking, information technology, medical device & diagnostics, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and material science industry. We assist our clients in managing their intellectual assets through quality search and analysis, complete specification drafting and filing in various jurisdictions, in-depth patent mapping and mining services to identify gaps in technology and provide inputs on patenting strategically to build entry barriers, and patent prosecution services in India and the United States. Our team continues to receive training and remains abreast of patent case law in the United States in several ways. We have an internal training program for all our new recruits. Our professionals have received hands-on training under experienced U.S. Patent Attorneys as well as attended training seminars conducted by AIPLA and other professional bodies.
