INNOSOL is INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS PROFESSIONALS, LLC The company was founded to make a difference and break with conformity.  ​ When we partnered with our first Alumni Foundation to build INNOSOL, we discovered decades of data locked in relational databases and other data stores. We knew we had something special when we launched our first unique “PEOPLE DATA” model, and watched the powerful Graph Database viewer came alive with friendships, co-workers, teammates, and Greeklife relationships that were rendered almost unusable in the conventional data store formats.  ​ Our Story has a guiding principle: "Alumni are people; they are not stats or account summaries; therefore, Advancement Professional shouldn’t manage them in a spreadsheet!"  Once we showed our Advancement Professionals partners what ”People Data" looks like outside of a spreadsheet or bar-chart we knew we were on to something.
