SNL Innovations is an innovation-driven enterprise founded in 2019 by Sudhanshu Gupta (Ex-P&G,MS FAU-Germany and B.Tech IITB, and Dr. Liza Mittal (PhD-UKGM-Germany) focused on transforming the food processing landscape through sustainable, capital efficient and decentralised solutions. With strong manufacturing proficiency and deep expertise in aseptic and food processing technologies, we advise, design and build systems that bring processing capability closer to the farms—empowering farmer collectives, FPOs, and rural entrepreneurs to create value at the source. Our approach is rooted in sustainable principles and aligned with multiple United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Contributing to zero hunger through reduced post harvest losses. Promoting responsible production and inclusive growth through creating employment opportunities. Assisting climate action through reducing GHGs emissions, on account of dumping fruits and vegetables. Housed within a container, this solution minimizes fruit waste, converting produce into preservative-free aseptic pulp with a shelf-life of 18 months at room temperature. Innofarms addresses the challenges of farm fruit wastage, lower farmer income and increased greenhouse gas emissions, offering a sustainable and secure solution that benefits both farmers and consumers.
