The Group was founded by Rajamannar Ramaswamy and Sajid Sathak (both Belgian nationals of Indian origin) in 2007 in close cooperation with Laurens Narraina (a Dutch national of Indian origin). Laurens has been a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) partner for more than 35 years and retired from PWC in 2011 to join the Inno Group as partner and director. This combination of Indian origin with established European roots makes this team a perfect bridge between different cultures and commercial practices. Inno has an enviable portfolio that spans the entire spectrum of the business - from Investments to Fund Management to Advisory to Development across residential, commercial, industrial & infrastructure. Inno Investments has funded 6 projects in India with a total GDV (Gross Development Value) of Rs. 38.4 billion (USD 573 million) involving a total development of over 15.3 million sq. ft. Inno Advisory, India, offers bespoke investment propositions, innovative structuring expertise and other consulting services in the field of Real Estate to global investors looking for Indian opportunities. Inno Real Estate is focused on developing real estate projects in India and is currently developing 'Inno GeoCity', a self-contained residential township that redefines suburban living in India. Inno Infrastructure vertical has established its own EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) division which handles construction of Inno Real Estate projects as well as third party projects.
