We help design strategies on Innovation. Hierarchies, control, extrinsic rewards and atomised creative processes are being replaced by networks, empowerment, communities and ongoing training. We help create or foster just that. Strategies are developed together with the C-suit and their innovation objectives. We train employees to work as entrepreneurs while they participate in teams in innovation projects. These Programs may last a week (#DesignSprint) or 4 months - depending on the goal and team's expertise on the subject. Most companies run it as an ongoing Program recruiting employees twice a year as they focus on changing their culture. We also create bridges between these companies and the entrepreneurial ecosystem (VC funds, accelerators, open innovation), and we educate the C-suit on emerging technologies and cultural trends that are disrupting the world.
