INNKEEPER Coaching exists to coach leaders, executives, and individuals to believe that they can achieve uncommon results! “Think Big” - is about striving to become the best you can in everything you do – never settling for less. It is focusing on growth and delivering more through innovation. It is the unique combination of faith in ourselves and in others combined with a relentless drive to excel. It is dreaming and having a vision for the future. It is refusing to accept limitations and believing all things are possible. It is all of us achieving the full promise for our life. “Act Small”- is about doing the little things that allow your vision and big goals to become reality. It is never forgetting the power of building relationships in all aspects of our lives- family, friends, business, employees, guests and owners. Acting Small is staying humble regardless of our position in life. It is taking the time to inspire – one person at a time. It is placing great value on everyone’s potential impact on society and the world. “Fail Fast”- is embracing risk! It is rewarding success! It is rewarding failure as an opportunity for growth and learning. It is striving for excellence and not for perfection. Each failure brings us closer to our desired end result. To try and fail is a step forward whereas complacency and accepting the status quo is two steps backwards. “Teach” - is embracing that the more knowledge and power you share, the more effective and powerful you will be. It is having a passion for reading and constantly being in a learning mode; it’s recognizing that there are golden nuggets of wisdom to be learned from everyone. We must have an open ear to the young, not-so-young, affluent and not-so-affluent, educated and not-so-educated. Teaching is making sure that best practices are recognized and shared with others.
