At InnerConnected, our mission is to engage young people in mindful mindful movement, meditation and play to cultivate individual emotional and physical wellbeing that contributes to community change and global transformation. We are a nonprofit organization that bolsters curiosity, mindful presence and resilience and encourages community-generated service projects. We incorporate mindful movement, meditation and play as vehicles to deliver our Social Emotional Learning curriculum to youth.
