We are a principal contractor and specialist subcontractor working across London and the Southeast to deliver construction, fitout and façade projects for clients in the residential commercial, hotel and leisure sectors Our approach is to work collaboratively to deliver every project with maximum efficiency – whether that is through applying MMC solutions to reduce programme times or through our genuine can-do attitude. As an established main contractor and specialist façade and fitout subcontractor, we have a deep understanding of construction to add value at each stage and deliver every project on time, on budget and to the highest standards. We can apply offsite construction principles where possible to minimise work on site and reduce disruption and programme times. We have our own multi-skilled and specialist trades – from joiners, dry liners and floor layers to façade installers to closely manage and monitor quality control and reduce risk. Our approach is to be lean, agile, flexible and forward-thinking with a genuinely positive ethos.
