Inlight Yoga Information

-Doing yoga has helped me in so many ways. I've learned to be flexible again, how to relax and stretch properly. Most recently in a valuable workshop on healthy diet, fasting & detox, I learned how to eat purely and take better care of my body. It has been life changing!
