INLIBRIUM is a private, six-month, medically supervised psychedelic-assisted transformation program for founders, executives and senior leaders — built for people who have achieved what they set out to achieve and are quietly asking whether this is it. The substance isn't the therapy. It's the catalyst. The experience opens a window; what happens in the months around it is what decides whether anything changes. That is what this program is built around, and it is the part the industry most often leaves out. The Integral Self-Actualization Program begins with a two-part eligibility assessment: a psychiatric screening that rules out contraindications, and a medical review covering bloodwork, cardiovascular and renal markers, health history and medications. Preparation follows — psychotherapy, executive coaching and health consultations alongside a full diagnostic panel. The core is three private seven-day residencies at a full-service site in Jamaica, each including two clinically supervised psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions. Structured integration runs between and after every residency, for the full six months. Three dedicated experts stay with each client throughout: a personal psychiatrist or psychologist, a personal health expert and a personal Conscious Leadership coach. Roughly 50 to 60 one-to-one sessions online, plus 21 days on site. There is no standardized protocol, path or dose. Every program is designed after screening, around one person. Not everyone who applies is accepted. Two things decide it, and they weigh the same: whether the work is medically safe, and whether the person is in a position to give it six months.
