Although Inkstone Design began in Connecticut in 1987 as a book design company, the 'products division', which is made up of a line of playing cards, began in 1998, shortly after moving west to Montana. Currently it includes 18 decks of cards with various themes; ski, golf, wines, cocktails, hiking, sushi, cats and dogs are included in these themes. A few of these decks are licensed from various publishers, including Golf Digest/Condé Nast (Golf USA and World Golf), Workman Publishing (Bad Cat and Bad Dog), and The Bata Shoe Museum (Shoes deck). All decks are designed and either illustrated, written, or photographed, by award winning representatives in these fields. We produce most of our decks in the USA, and we strive to do so as much as it is possible. Our decks are a fun way for families to get away from the online world and play card games together. Our themes include a diverse group of interests, sports, points of interest across the US, architecture, cuisine, fashion, viniculture and humor, there is something everyone can enjoy. Ante up!
