INKA Consult contributes to the development of people and organisations in Denmark as well as in developing countries. Services include consultancy related to institution-building and organisational capacity in the fields of climate change, environment, human rights & democracy, municipal government, civil society, indigenous peoples, and education. Our fields of work include: • International, regional and national climate finance research, reporting and analysis. • Development planning and evaluation in Asia, Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. • Development, strategy and change management in organisations. • Designing and delivering training courses in management, strategy, organisation, human resources, and work with development projects and programmes. INKA Consult provides advisory services based upon a vision of strategic and holistic management, drawing inspiration from the thinking of indigenous peoples in South America. A range of assignments have been completed since the firm's inception in 1993, for Danida, SIDA, the UNDP, the EU Commission, and international NGOs including CARE, Oxfam and ACT Alliance. Consulting on project's covering Central America, Bolivia and various countries in Africa and Asia.
