INK Global Foundation accelerates the journeys of game-changers. We find thinkers, creators, and leaders whose work could shift the direction of a field, and we build the rooms, relationships, and platforms that let them move further, faster. It all started with a stage. Since 2010, INK Conferences and INK Salons across India and the United States have put people at the start of consequential work in front of the people, ideas, and audiences that could move that work forward. A dozen conferences and 40+ salons later, the talks library carries that same instinct further: 100 million+ views of journeys that changed direction because someone gave them a room. INK Fellows takes that acceleration earlier still. Over 260 Fellows have entered the program before their work was fully formed and left with a network, a platform, and a trajectory that compounds. The work some of them have built since reaches well beyond what a stage alone could have made possible. INK Women was founded to address the uneven access to acceleration. We work with women leaders across fields, technology, science, business, culture, policy, and the arts, to build the visibility, networks, and leadership infrastructure that turn individual achievement into collective influence. Women tell their own stories here, on their own terms. And where the table does not yet include them, they build their own. Writers INK, now independently run, carries this same instinct into Indian cinema, developing the next generation of voices who will shape what Indian storytelling becomes. AI Kiran, our newest initiative and a partnership with OptimizeGEO and the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, applies it to inclusion in AI, ensuring the people building the field's future are not a narrow set of voices.
